+ - How do I proceed through the check out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the

Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

+ - Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We ship US orders via USPS Carrier, flat rate is $8. Standard US delivery usually arrives within 2 – 6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. We ship international orders with DHL express and UPS carrier, flat rate is $36.  Parcels arrive within 1-7 days from the shipping date, excluding holidays. Customers are responsible for any custom duties and fee that may occur.

+ - What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

+ - How do I cancel an order or return an item?

At DSPRO.store, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied,

you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. You have 14

calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must return an item in the same

condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Once we received your return items, the refund will be made within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

+ - Returns by mail?

E-mail us at , letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your

receipt to 292 Allenwood dr, Lauderdale by the sea, FL 33308, USA. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will

pay for shipping back to us, we do not provide a return label.

+ - How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

At the bottom of the first checkout page there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code

there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.
