What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Morning: waking up, doing some yoga exercises. After work: dressing up for my workouts.
What is the best piece of the health/cycling/triathlon training advice you’ve ever received?
If it were easy, everyone would do it. I’ve been doing sports all my life but I really started loving fitness in general not so many years ago. Now I can’t live without it but it still requires of me a lot of determination and motivation to accept the struggle.
What is your most challenging/ memorable race?
My first Tri race. The sea was like crazy, that morning the wind was awful and I was about to cry thinking that I had to swim in those conditions. But I crossed the finish line!
Why do you tri/ cycling?
First because I love it more and more. But I started also to prove myself that I could do something apparently really hard.
What is your #1 fitness habit?
Love myself and respect my body.
How do you motivate yourself to train?
It’s not my job, I’m doing this because I love it. And most of the time I can find enough love to get out. But I also accept a no day if my body or mind says so.
What are your hobbies besides triathlon?
My cat, nature life and cooking.
First triathlon and reason?
One year ago, I got registered by my boyfriend. I never tried a brick session before, nor swimming in a wetsuit. But he knew I would have loved it. And he was so right.
Biggest obstacle overcome in life?
I’m moving in a new city, with new work. It’s quite a challenge but I’m sure it will be amazing.
