No matter how good or bad you think life is, wake up each day and be thankful for life. Someone somewhere else is fighting to survive. Find something positive even in a negative situation.

Short or Long Distance?
Depends on a day, 30-100 miles.
Hills or Flat Route?
Flat. I wish Miami had some hills, I would have loved it.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
My pets, screaming for food or destroying the house in the search of food.
What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Exercising and eating.

How do you motivate yourself to train?
Most of the time I don’t feel like I need motivation to go ride. I just get out and ride, and enjoying every moment of it, even when it’s suffering!
